BCCX: "HELP" Program, every Monday (Program now closed due to lack of funds.) The HELP program enabled the men to team how to apply Godly principles to every day life situations. "Current events were discussed at each meeting and manners were taught. It was an exciting program.

NECC:An annual "Jesus Celebration" is held during the Christmas season. Coffee, Cokes, chips, cakes, cookies, and breads are served to each invited inmate plus a "Jesus Bag" which is filled with cookies, candies, socks, hygiene items, pencils, paper and gloves, and other items which may glorify the season.

HELP House: A transitional housing program in Knoxville. It is "faith-based. A small house which offers a strong support system, which is necessary for growth and maturity. Most men come from dysfunctional families, so HELP House provides those opportunities to establish new habits of thoughts and actions. "A new way of thinking" and living. At one point, a psychologist worked part-time with the men, holding counseling sessions. This proved to be successful. However, due to lack of funding, this program was discontinued.
